  • Create or review producer’s estimate

  • Discuss and determine usage fees and terms - estimate revisions, as needed

  • Review terms/contract/PO and handle terms

  • Find best-fit crew and place holds

  • Confirm all needed start-up docs are completed and confirmed to client

  • Follow advance invoice payment

  • Follow final billing payment 

FEE: $200 per hour with all funds accrued billed against a 20% day rate and usage fee.
